Dr. Kris Volcheck is the Founding CEO of Brighter Way Institute. He launched the first dental clinic in 2001 with a primary mission to serve Maricopa County’s homeless population.

Dr. Robert T. Erickson is the Director of Education at Brighter Way Dental Center. In addition, he is also the Director of the Comprehensive Oral Implantology Residency program at Brighter Way, which is an affiliate training center for Jacksonville University’s newest post-doctoral, dental education program.

Dr. Mohammed Al-Baghdadi is a dentist with specific interest in oral implantology and surgery. He has been studying and practicing general dentistry and oral surgery for nearly two decades on three different continents.

Dr. Dev Patel is a distinguished general dentist with a specialized focus on oral implantology. This intricate field involves the surgical placement of dental implants and the subsequent rehabilitation with prostheses to restore areas in the mouth that are missing teeth.

Dr. Alexander Zaykov is proud to bring a wealth of knowledge, skill, and compassionate care to Brighter Way Dental Center. A graduate of Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, Dr. Zaykov has built his career on a foundation of educational excellence and a deep commitment to patient-centered service.

Dr. Joshua Basha is a board-certified dental anesthesiologist who specializes in providing sedation to patients undergoing dental procedures. He is a third generation Arizonan who grew up in Chandler and graduated from Arizona State University.

Dr. Michael Rosen is a leading general dentist and implantologist providing low-cost, state-of-the-art dental implants in Phoenix. As the inaugural Chief Resident of the Jacksonville University Comprehensive Oral Implantology Residency at Brighter Way Dental Center.
